Thanks for shopping at wizbiker.com. wizbiker.com will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
- 1) all items to be returned or exchanged must be unused.
- 2) all items must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- 3) all items should not be broken or tampered with.
- 4) item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return is only eligible
- 1) in case of a size issue.
- 2) in case of a defected/wrong product received.
We do not accept the return or exchange requests for customized items such as wizID bands, tags and spares.
Size exchanges can be done only once. For exchanges beyond that, the customer has to bear the shipping charges.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will be processed within 36 hours from approval. If your return is approved, we will either
- 1) initiate a size exchange/ replacement; or
- 2) refund in the form of equivalent store credit in your registered wizbiker.com account.
The store credit can be used to purchase other products at wizbiker.com.
You may initiate a return by viewing your order - My Account > Order History> Order
Click on the return button against the item that you wish to return. Fill up the form and submit it. Our customer care will thereafter process and advise you the status.
